Bren’s program is inspired by the Ido Portal Method but also incorporates ideas and material he has picked up from various other teachers and disciplines over the years, including his heavy background in research and science.

As Ido has said, movement is the #1 most underrated factor in quality of life. It’s easy to succumb to depression when you’re in pain or struggling with the most basic of movements. Life is beautiful when you’re doing things you never imagined was possible before.
